圆片提升机的结构设计

摘　　要：为了使不锈钢圆片能够顺利起边,以便机械手能把抓起的圆片准确地放入冲压模具中心,对用于冲压生产线的圆片提升机的要求进行了较为深入地分析,并且对圆片提升机的结构进行了详细的设计,并对圆片提升机的关键参数进行了设计计算。实践证明,该提升机完全能满足冲压生产线的要求。In order to make sure the circular?stainless steel sheets don't stick?together,so that the manipulator can put the sheets accurately into the stamping die,the requirements of the elevator of the punch line were analyzed deeply,in addition,the structure of the elevator were designed in depth,also,the key parameters of elevator were calculated and devised.The result proved that the elevator can meet the demands of the press production line.
