摘　　要：建设海南国际旅游岛上升为国家战略,其经济发展与环境保护的矛盾日益凸现。海南应充分利用中央赋予国际旅游岛的优惠政策,借鉴国外环境会计的成功经验,在推行环境会计过程中"先行先试",以政府为主导、以协会为引导、以企业为主体、以公众为基础,创新环境会计体制,推动海南环境会计建设走在全国前列。The constructions of hainan international tourism island have be promoted to national strategy,its economic development and environmental protection are becoming increasingly contradictions.Therefore,Hainan should make full use of preferential policies which the central government granted to the international tourism island,drawing on the successful experience of foreign environmental accounting,in the process of implementation of ＂pilot＂,to the government-led,to associations for the guide,to enterprises as the mainstay,based on the public,Innovativing environmental accounting system,and actively promoting the construction of environmental accounting in Hainan is in the forefront of the country.
