摘　　要：土地储备的核心内容是土地储备量的确定。土地储备量越多,收购成本越高,所需的储备资金就会越多,融资成本和融资风险也会增大。通过设立土地储备基金池,拓展土地储备融资渠道,形成土地储备资金循环模式,可以降低土地储备的融资成本和融资风险,促使土地储备活动的顺利运行。The core of land reserve is to determine the reserve amount.The more amounts of land reserve,the higher acquisition costs and financing risk the land reserve institute will face.Through the establishment of land reserve fund pool and expanding the financing channels,the fund circulation mode of land reserves can be built,and the financing costs and financing risks can be reduced as well.Therefore land reserve activities can be promoted smoothly.
