摘　　要：把当今比较流行的PFI融资模式和正处于理论研究阶段RCP模式在历史背景、特点、优缺点方面进行了详细的比较分析,以期给政府在非经营性或准经营性基础设施项目融资模式选择时提供一些参考意见。According to analyzing and comparing the history background,merits and shortcomings etc.of PFI popular financing mode and RCP mode in the stage of theoretical research,the paper provides development direction and reference for government department choosing financing modes on non-operational or quasi-commercial infrastructure projects.
