摘　　要：介绍了田庄选煤厂在化验室仪器设备管理中开展全面质量管理活动,分析了设备现状存在的问题及其原因,制定了相应的对策并取得了良好的效果。The overall quality management activities to the laboratory instrument management in Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant were introduced in this paper,the existing problems of the equipments were analyzed,corresponding policies were established and the favorable effect was obtained.
