摘  要:示波器是一种重要的电子设备,在生产测试中广泛应用。目前绝大多数的计量单位对示波器仪器校准采用的传统手动校准方案,少数的单位使用基于GPIB总线的半自动校准系统完成单一通道的校准。介绍了基于多种仪器总线的多通道示波器校准系统,采用VISA的软件架构支持GPIB、TCP/IP、USB、RS232仪器总线,利用NI的PXI开关模块实现多通道的并行校准,并自动生成校准证书。系统中包含了对于PXI开关引入系统的插损和误差考虑。Oscilloscope is a very important sort of electronic instrument and widely used in production and measurement field.Most of calibration institutions prefer to calibrate all kinds of specifications with manual operation.Some calibration institutions have developed calibration systems based on GPIB interface for single channel each time.A new oscilloscope calibration system based on multichannel and multibus is introduced in this paper.VISA software architecture is used to develop source code to support sorts of instrument buses like GPIB、TCP/IP、USB and RS232.PXI switch module plays an important role to switch channels in a single device or multi devices.The calibration report is generated automatically and some tests are also done to verify and modify the error caused by switch module.
