摘 要:利用热重分析研究了CVD法制备的、经焙烧和硝酸处理纯化后的碳纳米管的氧化过程,并与原始碳纳米管的氧化行为进行对比。分析热失重和热失重速率曲线表明纯化处理可去除大部分杂质,但同时对碳管结构造成一定的破坏,降低了其抗氧化能力,使其表现出不同于原始碳管的氧化行为。相比于原始碳管,纯化后其氧化起始温度和结束温度均较低,氧化区间窄。Oxidation behavior of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) synthesized by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and purification treated by heating in air and in dilute HNO3, were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TG) comparing to the as-received CVD-derived CNTs. TEM observation indicated the purification treatment can remove most of the impurities, but also destroy the structure of the CNTs in a certain extent, which is detrimental to the oxidation resistance of CNTs. The TG and DTG results indicated that both the onset and end oxidation temperature of treated CNTs are lower than that of the as-received CNTs.
