摘　　要：就如何提高大型计算网络数据库系统中的数据采集速度问题，结合电信计费系统的具体设计，提出了利用ＳＹＢＡＳＥ１１ 的Ｏｐｅｎ Ｃｌｉｅｎｔ产品ＤＢ－Ｌｉｂｒａｒｙ 来访问ＳＱＬＳｅｒｖｅｒ，以实现快速数据处理的方法，并阐述了利用ＶｉｓｕａｌＣ＋ ＋ ５．０进行实现的方法和过程。In the paper,the authors bring out some ways to solve the problem,about how to accelerate the data obtaining in the large scale network database. The way is to use DB Library which is a production of SYBASE 11 to access to SQL Server for obtainning quicker data processing speed, and the authors give a sample of Visual C ++ to describe the method and proccess.
