摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备钙钛矿型LaNiO_3,以模拟碳黑替代实际颗粒物考察其催化氧化活性,结果表明,850℃焙烧的样品催化燃烧温度最低,CO_2转化率达99.7%。采用XRD、FTIR、TPR和TG-DSC对不同焙烧温度的样品进行检测,重点考察LaNiO_3的制备程序及其成型焙烧参数,揭示LaNiO_3的微观结构和内在规律性。结果表明,制备的钙钛矿型LaNiO_3均匀性好,纯度高,重现性好,随着焙烧温度的升高,LaNiO_3的晶型呈规律性变化,结晶度逐渐变好。样品600℃焙烧已经形成了钙钛矿结构,850℃焙烧得到纯钙钛矿型LaNiO_3。Perovskite-type LaNi03 was prepared by sol-gel method. The as-prepared samples was investigated results showed that the and the highest carbon using simulated carbon black as a sample calcined at 850 ℃ conversion of 99.7 %. The possessed catalytic oxidation performance of substitute for actual particles. The the lowest catalytic combustion temperature samples calcined at different temperature were characterized by XRD, FTIR, TPR and TG-DSC. The preparation procedure and calcination parameters of LaNiO3 were especially investigated and its microstructure and inherent regularity were revealed. The results indicated that perovskite-type LaNiO3 exhibited good uniformity and high purity. The method of LaNiO3 preparation had good repeatability. The crystal form of LaNiO3 exhibited regular variation with the enhancement of calcination temperature. The sample calcined at 600 ℃ had formed the perovskite structure. The pure perovskite-type LaNiO3 was attained under the condition of calcination temperature 850 ℃.
