摘  要:对大庆油田螺杆泵机采井系统效率进行了分析,并结合实例井,以工作转速为主要技术参数分析了螺杆泵举升系统地面、井筒及泵内能耗特征。在此基础上提出了提高螺杆泵机采井系统效率的4项技术对策:①提高电机负载率;②提高地面传动效率;③合理选择工作转速;④按照"左侧选取"原则选井、选泵。The current level of the system efficiency about the progressing cavity pump well in Daqing Oilfield has been analyzed. Combined with practical instance well and taking working speed as the main technical parameter, the energy consumption characteristics of the ground, the borehole as well as the pump inside have been analyzed. On this base, four technology measures have been proposed to increase the system efficiency of the progressing cavity pump well:①to in- crease load factor of the motor;②raise ground transmission efficiency;③to choose reasonable working speed;④to pick well and pump according to the "left side selects" rule.
