摘　　要：应用机电控制技术设计了单螺杆泵试验台及测控系统。通过模拟螺杆泵的实际工况,实时采集螺杆泵工作压力、流量、转矩、转速等工作参数,并通过计算机对螺杆泵工况进行控制,计算出螺杆泵工作时的综合水力特性,为现场科学、合理地使用螺杆泵提供了依据。According measure and screw pump acteristic of the spot and control to electromechanical control technique, the single-screw pump test-bed and system was designed. The system could collect the performance parameter of such as working pressure, flow rate, torque and rev, and calculate the hydraulic char- screw pump, which could provide the basis for using screw pump. It works well on can calculate the working performance parameter exactly.
