门冬氨酸钾镁在慢性心力衰竭并低钾、低镁血症患者临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察门冬氨酸钾镁在治疗慢性心力衰竭合并低钾、低镁血症患者的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分成A、B两组,A组静滴5%葡萄糖注射液+门冬氨酸钾镁液;B组静滴5%葡萄糖注射液+氯化钾注射液+硫酸镁注射液。剂量均根据每天监测的血钾、血镁、血钠浓度来决定。结果 A组(42例):血钾氯镁正常40例(95.2%);低钾、低镁血症1例(2.4%);无高钾、高镁血症和高氯血症;低氯血症1例(2.4%)。B组(38例):血钾、氯、镁正常31例(81.5%);低钾、低镁血症2例(5.3%);无高钾、高镁血症;高氯血症2例(5.3%);低氯血症3例(7.9%)。A组经治疗后电解质正常比例明显高于B组,其P值<0.05,有统计学意义。结论门冬氨酸钾镁在治疗慢性心力衰竭合并低钾、低镁血症的患者,疗效肯定,且出现高钾、高镁或高氯血症的情况少,安全性好,值得推广运用,尤其是在基层医院。Objective To observe the potassium magnesium aspartate in the treatment of chronic heart failure combined hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia clinical efficacy.Methods The patients were randomly divided into A,B groups,A group ofintravenous injection of 5% glucose solution potassium magnesium aspartate,the dose based on daily monitoring of serum potassium,serum magnesium,serum sodium concentration to determine;B group 5% glucose intravenous injection of potassium chloride injection magnesium sulfate injection,the dose based on daily monitoring of serum potassium,serum magnesium,serum sodium concentration to decide.Results A group（42cases）：40 cases of normal serum potassium magnesium chloride,95.2%;hypokalemia,hypomagnesemia in 1 case,2.4%;no high potassium,high magnesium and high chloride hyperlipidemia hypertriglyceridemia,hyperlipidemia a low chlorine cases accounted for 2.4%.B（38cases）：31 patients with normal serum potassium magnesium chloride,accounting for 81.6%;hypokalemia,hypomagnesemia 2 cases,5.3%;no potassium,hypermagnesemia;high chlorine hyperlipidemia in 2 cases,5.3%;low 3 cases of hyperlipidemia chloride 7.9%.A group of normal after treatment was significantly higher than that of the electrolyte B,the P value of0.05,statistically significant.Conclusions potassium magnesium aspartate in the treatment of chronic heart failure combined hypokalemia,hypomagnesemia in patients,more effective,and signs of high potassium,high magnesium or high chlorine less hyperlipidemia situation,security is good,worthy use of,especially at the grassroots level hospital.
