摘 要:目的探索自尊和应对方式对护理本科生心理健康的影响及其作用机制。方法采用自尊量表(SES)、应对方式问卷(CSQ)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对新乡医学院535名护理本科生进行问卷调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果自尊、解决问题、求助与心理症状呈显著负相关关系(r分别为-0.421、-0.317、-0.200,P<0.01),自责、幻想、退避、合理化与心理症状呈显著正相关(r分别为0.580、0.419、0.404、0.350,P<0.01)。自尊、自责、幻想、合理化可以直接解释心理症状总变异的38.5%,自责通过自尊的部分中介作用对心理症状产生间接影响,间接效应占总效应的12.0%。结论矫正消极应对方式、增加自我悦纳、维持良好自尊水平有助于促进护理本科生的心理健康。Objective To explore the effect of self-esteem and coping styles on mental health of undergraduate nursing students.Methods Five hundred and thirty-five undergraduate nursing students were surveyed by symptom checklist 90(SCL-90),coping styles questionnaire(CSQ) and self-esteem scale(SES)and the results were analysed.Results Self-esteem,problem solving and help seeking were negatively related to mental symptom(r=-0.421,-0.317,-0.200 respectively,P0.01),while,self-blame,fantasy,withdrawing and rationalization were positively related to mental symptom(r=0.580,0.419,0.404,0.350 respectively,P0.01).A 38.5% variance of mental health could be explained by self-esteem,unmature and mature coping styles.Self-blame could produce remote effects on mental symptom through self-esteem and indirect effect accounted for 12.0% of total effect.Conclusion Correction of negative coping styles,increasing self-pleasing and keeping self-esteem contribute to keep good mental health of undergraduate nursing students.
