2种检测系统血糖测定结果比较

摘　　要：目的对Olympus AU5400全自动生化分析仪己糖激酶(HK)法和Beckman Coulter dxc800全自动生化分析仪氧电极法血糖测定结果进行对比分析,探讨2种不同生化分析系统检测血糖结果的一致性。方法依据美国临床实验室标准化委员会评价方案,每天选择临床血液标本10份,在相同条件下分别用HK法和氧电极法测定标本中血糖的含量,共测定5 d,记录检测结果,并用统计学方法对测定结果进行分析。结果 HK法测定血糖结果平均为(7.32±0.73)mmol.L-1,氧电极法测定血糖结果平均为(7.22±0.73)mmol.L-1,2种方法所测血糖值比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经相关性分析,2种测定方法具有显著相关性(r=0.994,P<0.001)。结论 2种检测系统检测血清中血糖含量结果基本一致,均可为临床诊断提供参考依据。Objective To compare the Olympus AU5400 automatic biochemical analyzer（hexokinase assay） with Beckman Coulter dxc800 automatic biochemical analyze（oxygenic electrode assay） in determination of blood glucose and to investgate the accordant of the two methods.Methods According to NCCLS document,10 clinical specimens were selected every day which were used to measure glucose content under the same condition by the two methods,for a total 5 days and the results were recorded.Meanwhile,the results were statistically analyzed.Results The levels of blood glucose,which were determined by hexokinase assay and oxygenic electrode assay were（7.32±0.73）mmol·L-1 and（7.22±0.73）mmol·L-1,respectively.There was no difference between the two methods in determination of blood glucose（P0.05）.And the two methods had good correlation in detecting results（r=0.994,P0.001）.Conclusion The results of blood sugar which are determined by hexokinase assay and oxygenic electrode assay are accordant.The two methods can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis.
