摘　　要：近年来,miRNA已成为生命科学领域的研究热点。文章综述了miRNA在真核和原核生物中的功能,以及miRNA的分子克隆、生物信息学等预测和鉴定方法,并阐述了miRNA研究中的问题及应用前景。In recent years,the study on miRNA has become a focus in life science gradually.This article reviewed the biological function of miRNA in eukaryotic and prokaryotes,and the methods for its prediction and identification,such as the moleculor cloning,bicinformatics.The problems and prospect in the study were elaborated.
