大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸对消炎痛型、醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒、热证模型大鼠血清COR含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨消炎痛型、醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡中医寒、热证模型的形成机制及寒、热方剂对胃溃疡寒、热证模型的基本作用机理并进一步探讨方证相应的客观规律。方法:采用寒、热因素结合腹腔注射消炎痛、醋酸涂抹法分别建立大鼠胃溃疡寒、热证动物模型,采用酶联免疫法检测各实验组受试大鼠血清COR的含量。结果:各组模型中,热消组、单热组、热醋组、热假组与空白对照组比较,COR的含量明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。可见,各模型均以热因素表达明显,可作为溃疡热证的微观指征。寒性方剂大黄黄连泻心汤可显著降低热性模型的血清COR含量(P<0.05或P<0.01);理中丸对血清COR的含量影响不显著(P>0.05)。结论:通过"方证相应"理论验证了"病证结合"的胃溃疡寒、热模型复制成功,模型间血清COR含量的差异特异性出现在热模型上。寒性方剂大黄黄连泻心汤对热性溃疡的治疗作用,可通过抑制大鼠血清皮质醇的分泌而实现。Objective：To explore the forming mechanism of gastric ulcer model induced by indomethacin or smearing acetic acid combined with cold or heat syndrome.And to observe the basic mechanism of action of cold or heat formula on gastric ulcer model combined with cold or heat syndrome and the objective regularity of ＂formula-syndrome corresponding＂.Method： Adopting cold or heat factors combined with abdominal injection indomethacin or smearing acetic acid methods to establish gastric ulcer model combined with cold and heat syndrome.Using euzymelinked immunosorbent assay to detect the contents of COR in serum.Results：Compared with the blank group,the contents of COR in serum increased remarkably in heat model groups,（P0.05 or P0.01）.That is to say,the heat factors expressed obviously among the model group,and it could be regarded as the microscopic sign of heat-gastric ulcer.The cold prescription Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction could decrease the contents of COR of heat model groups（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：On the basis of the theory of ＂formula-syndrome corresponding＂,verifying the success of duplicating ＂disease-syndrome combination＂ model,that is gastric ulcer model combined with cold or heat syndrome.The contents of COR express obviously in the heat model groups.The therapeutic action of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction on heat-gastric ulcer can be achieved by inhibiting the sceretion of COR in serum.
