刺络放血配合语言康复训练治疗中风后运动性失语临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较刺络放血加语言康复训练和单纯语言康复训练对中风后运动性失语的疗效。方法:将67例病人随机分为刺络加康复组36例、语言康复组31例,采用《汉语失语症检查法》进行治疗前后的评分测定。结果:两组治疗后比较,失语症临床疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:刺络放血结合语言康复训练治疗中风后运动性失语疗效明显高于单纯语言康复训练。Objective：To compare the therapeutic effect of blood-letting combined with speech rehabilitation on motor aphasia after stroke with speech rehabilitation alone. Methods：67 patients with aphasia were divided into blood-letting combined with speech rehabilitation group（36 cases）and speech rehabilitation alone group（31 cases）randomly,and conducted score assay before and after treatment by adopting Chinese aphasia＇s check method. Results：In therapeutic effect there are significant diferences between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of blood-letting combined with speech rehabilitation is better than speech rehabilitation alone.
