A-A大鼠模型足肿胀针灸方案优选对局部病理组织中ICAM-1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过针灸治疗方案的优选治疗A-A足肿胀模型大鼠,观察该治疗方案对A-A的病理形态学变化及局部病理组织中ICAM-1表达的影响,分析其获效机理。方法:以A-A大鼠足肿胀度为观察对象,以A-A的病理形态学变化及局部病理组织中ICAM-1表达为指标,应用本实验前期采用的正交设计法进行方案优选及治疗观察。结果:采用火针局部和整体配穴可获得最佳消肿率和抑制病理进展、下调ICAM-1表达的效应。结论:针灸治疗RA具有延缓RA病理进展、减轻ICAM-1在RA局部病变滑膜组织中表达的作用;针灸对RA的治疗尤以火针疗效为最佳,艾灸疗效较好,局部与整体配穴具有协同意义。Objective：To select the optimal treatment program of acupuncture and moxibustion for foot swells in A-A rats,and to analyse the mechanism of its therapeutic effect. Methods：Fluoride＇s complete adjuvant to the A-A-induced rat paw edema of the subjects to pathological tissue for the expression of ICAM-1 indicator of orthogonal design factors affecting the efficacy of program optimization. Results：The best effect for getting littler swells rate,restraining pathologic progress and reducing the expression of ICAM-1 in affected area could be obtained by applying fire needle at affected area acupoints plus fire needle or moxibustion at holisitic points. Conclusion：Acupuncture can defer the pathological progress of RA,reduce the expression of ICAM-1 in local synovium organize.Fire needle is the best in RA treatment,and moxibustion is also well comparatively,which has a coordinative significance by the local and holisitic points.
