摘　　要：目的:肥胖症给患者的生活、工作及社交带来极大的困难,近年来针灸疗法在单纯性肥胖症治疗中形成许多新方法、新理论,本文就单纯性肥胖症针灸治疗方法及机理研究进行综合述评。方法:计算机检索CNKI、万方数据、维普中文科技期刊数据库、CMFD等资料库,检索时间自2000～2009年,获取针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症相关文献综合分析。结果:共有20篇文献纳入分析范围,结果显示针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症有一定疗效,方法各异,但缺乏高质量临床研究文献。结论:针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症有一定疗效,方法多样灵活,但孰优孰劣尚难判定,临床机理研究相对实验室机理研究展开不足,期待开展多中心大样本高质量的临床研究工作,为针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症提供理论依据与支持。Objective： Obesity to the patient＇s life,work and communication causes great difficulties,in recent years,acupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity is discussed by many new methods and new theories.This article focuses on acupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity and mechanism of a comprehensive review. Method：We searched CNKI,Articles,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database,CMFD other databases,retrieval time from 2000-2009,for acupuncture treatment of simple obesity comprehensive analysis of the literature. Result：A total of 20 articles included in the scope of analysis,The results showed that acupuncture treatment for simple obesity had a certain effect,but lack of high quality clinical research literature. Conclusion：Acupuncture treatment for simple obesity has a certain effect,and the method is various and flexible,but it is hard to determine which one is better,clinical labs mechanism of relative lack of mechanism to start and look forward to carrying out large samples of high quality clinical research in order to provide more theoretical basis and support for the treatment.
