摘　　要：全球化企业与其他企业相比,其营运资金管理环境和影响因素更为复杂,导致营运资金管理面临更多的挑战和机遇。本文在全面分析全球化企业所面临的营运资金管理风险的基础上,以海尔集团为例,探析其在全球化进程中,尤其是金融危机期间是如何应对全球化企业营运资金管理的风险,又是如何利用全球化企业营运资金管理的优势,总结其营运资金管理方法体系,从而为大型跨国公司营运资金管理提供一定的借鉴。Compared with other enterprises, the environment and the impact factors of the working capital management of the global enterprise are more complex, which make it a fact that working capital management is facing more challenges and opportunities. In this paper, we make a comprehensive analysis of the risk of working capital management that global companies face, based on which the Haier Group is made for example to make out how to deal with the risk of a global company working capital management in the globalization process, particularly during the financial crisis, and how to use the advantages of working capital management and sum up its working capital management system, so as to provide a reference for large multinational working capital management.
