摘 要:本文首先运用动态面板随机前沿模型,对2001—2008年广东省21个地级以上市大中型工业企业的R&D效率进行测定,进而分析论证广东省大中型工业企业R&D效率的区域差异,并运用分位数分解方法对差异分布特征及成因进行解析。研究结果证实了广东省大中型工业企业R&D效率区域差异的存在性,其中,"珠江三角洲"和"粤东粤西两翼"的R&D效率差异并不显著,但均显著高于"粤北山区"的R&D效率;研究还发现,R&D效率的区域差异是"创新环境差异"和"区域歧视"共同作用的结果,但在不同分位点的效率水平上,差异的分布特征及主要成因却不尽相同。Based on the panel data of 21 cities in Guangdong Province from 2001 to 2008, this paper applies the dynamic stochastic frontier production model to evaluate the R&D efficiency of large and medium-sized firms, further analyzes the regional differences of R&D's efficiency. And this paper applies quantile decomposition to investigate the distribution and cause of regional difference. The results show that the R&D efficiencies of the three regions are different, R&D efficiency of the Pearl River Delta region and East-west wings region are significantly higher than the northern mountain region, but the difference of Pearl River Delta region and East-west wings region is insignificant. The study also finds that "difference in environments of innovation" and "regional discrimination" result regional differences in R&D efficiency, but at different levels of efficiency, the leading causes of differences in distribution are not the same.
