摘 要:目的:为解析丹参注射液与凯时注射液缓解慢性肾病进程的作用环节,采用离体大鼠肾脏灌流系统,对两种药物对抗离体肾脏灌注压升高作用进行比较。方法:应用离体肾灌流装置,观察丹参注射液与凯时注射液对离体大鼠肾脏灌注压的影响。结果:2mg.g-1.L-1去甲肾上腺素可升高正常离体鼠肾的灌注压,其效应可持续30min,丹参和凯时注射液对抗去甲基肾上腺素引起的升高离体鼠肾灌注压和降低肾小球滤过率作用,对尿钠无明显作用。结论:丹参注射液与凯时注射液治疗慢性肾病的机理可能与降低肾小球血管灌注压和保护肾小球滤过率有关。Objective:To resolve Danshen injection and Alprostadil injection process, the role of mitigation aspects of chronic kidney disease, with isolated rat kidney perfusion system on the role of the two drugs were compared against the perfusion pressure. Methods. With isolated kidney perfusion devices, Danshen injection and Alprostadil injection in the isolated rat kidney perfusion pressure were observed. Results.2 mg/L norepinephrine could increase the normal isolated rat kidney perfusion pressure, with the effects of sustainable 30min. Danshen injection and Alprostadil injection could be against the role of norepinephrine. No significant effects on urinary sodium were found. Conclusion.Danshen injection and Alprostadil injection in the treatment of chronic kidney disease mechanism may reduce glomerular perfusion pressure and glomerular filtration rate related to pro- tection.
