摘　　要：在酸轧机组生产过程中,来料质量非常关键。特别是来料厚度突变缺陷不仅会影响酸洗效果,引起表面板形不良,还会造成轧机断带、堆钢,造成长时间机组停机,严重情况下还会损坏轧机主传动系统的设备。本文以酸轧机组来料厚度突变缺陷重点,着重阐述了厚度缺陷跟踪的原理以及实现方法,并提出了对策措施。In this paper, it introduced what will happen when heavey thickness defect of hot strip passes through CDCM line and how to detect the thickness defect of hot strip. In order to prevent damage of strip breakage and equipment by defect, it also introduced the tracking method of thickness defect from line entry to mill and main control measure.
