摘　　要：干粉砂浆是经烘干筛分处理的细集料与无机胶结料、保水增稠材料、矿物掺和料和添加剂按一定比例混合而成的一种颗粒状或粉状混合物。从2006开始国家逐步取消现场搅拌,推广普及干粉砂浆产品。打包机主要是完成对干粉砂浆的称量、打包过程,本课题主要是对干粉砂浆打包机控制系统进行设计,详细介绍了各个功能模块的硬件电路设计,包括控制模块、电源系统模块、存储模块、zlg7289键盘扫描及显示模块、AD7730模数转换模块、继电器控制模块和蜂鸣器电路,其中,AD转换采用ADI公司生产的24位AD转换器AD7730完成模数转换。并简要介绍了软件部分设计和部分模块的编程。Dry-mixed mortar is mixed by fine aggregate and abio-cementing material icwater conservation and thicken materil icmineral mixture and additive in different percentage.Since 2006,our country has began to abolish locate mix round,extended the product of Dry-mixed mortar.The Dry-mixed mortarcs packer is mainly finish the process of paking and weighing,This task is mainly carry through the designing of pakercs control system.Hardware circuit design and software programming of each function module are introduced in detail,which include control moduleicpower system moduleicmemory moduleiczlg7289 keyboard scaning and displaying moduleicAD7730 ADC moduleicrelay control module and buzzer circuit.Thereinto,AD conversion is finished adopting the 24 bit AD7730 converter which is produced by ADI company.And compendiumly introduce the design of software and parts of programming about modules.
