华东大规模风电消纳模式研究

摘　　要：介绍了华东地区风电消纳面临的主要问题,在分析国外风电机制的基础上,提出了绿色电力消纳机制(GPUM),给出了GPUM机制下华东风电的消纳方案。针对风电非并网消纳模式,提出了大用户专线直购风电的方案。最后从"软件"和"硬件"两个方面给出了促进华东风电消纳的建议,可供全国大规模风电消纳模式提供参考和借鉴。The wind power utilization in East China is faced with some major problems.This paper analyzes the wind power utilization pattern abroad and proposes Green Power Utilization Mechanism（GPUM） for East China.Considering the non-grid-connected patter of wind power,the scheme of large user direct purchasing wind power is put forward and some suggestions are made to improve the wind power utilization in East China in terms of both Software and Hardware,which will have some significant influence on the nationwide large-scale wind power utilization.
