智能报警和故障定位在电网智能化调度中的实现

摘　　要：从复杂电网的调度工作需求出发,介绍了一套以调度端现有的数据采集系统为基础的智能报警和故障定位系统。该系统结合了对保护信息/SOE(Sequence Of Event,事件顺序记录)的逻辑分析和对故障录波的解析分析于一体,采用计算机自动的方式来完成以往调度员人工分析故障的过程,为调度员快速处理故障、恢复供电以及制定设备检修计划提供辅助决策。Considering the dispatching operation demand in complicated grid,this paper introduces a set of intelligent alarm and fault location system based on the existing data acquisition system.The system integrates logical analysis of the protection information / SOE（Sequence of Event） with analytical analysis of fault recording.Through the system,the previous artificial fault analysis by dispatchers is replaced by automatic computer analysis.Therefore,it provides dispatchers with decision-making support to deal with faults quickly,restore power supply and set up the equipment maintenance schedule.
