摘 要:采用氯化钠、氧化钙及其混合物对某电厂燃煤飞灰进行浸渍改性,运用比表面积和孔径测定仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、射线衍射仪(XRD)对改性前后的飞灰进行了物理表征,在自行开发的吸附剂评价装置进行了烟气汞脱除的实验研究。结果表明,浸渍改性后燃煤飞灰的比表面积明显增大,平均孔径大幅度减小,对烟气汞的捕捉能力明显提高,CaO溶液浸渍的飞灰对汞的脱除效率为35.69%,是飞灰改性前的1.69倍。对CaO和NaCl改性后飞灰吸附烟气汞的效率提高的原因进行了分析。In this paper,sodium chloride,calcium oxide and their mixture are adopted to modify the coal-combustion fly ash.The properties of the original and modified fly ash are characterized with specific surface area and pore size analyzer,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and ray diffraction(XRD).The mercury removal efficiencies of the original and modified fly ash are evaluated on the absorbent evaluation reactor developed by Shanghai University of Electric Power.The results show that specific surface area of the fly ash increases and its pore size decreases after modification,and mercury capturing capability of the fly ash is significantly improved with modification.The mercury removal efficiency of fly ash impregnated with CaO solution is up to 35.69%,which is 1.69 times of that of the unmodified fly ash.The reasons of the mercury removal efficiency by the fly ash being modified by CaO and/or NaCl are analyzed accordingly.
