摘  要:燃煤烟气污染物控制要求越来越高,多种污染物联合脱除成为降低污染物控制成本的必然趋势。本文利用液相吸收反应器进行NO和Hg的联合脱除实验研究。在实验室模拟烟气条件下,H2SO4-KMnO4溶液脱除烟气NO和Hg的过程受到KMnO4浓度、H2SO4浓度、NO入口浓度和SO2入口浓度等因素影响。增加H2SO4浓度、增加SO2入口浓度对污染物脱除效率都有一定的促进作用。H2SO4-KMnO4溶液体系对烟气汞脱除效率最高达到98.95%,同时,对NO的脱除效率达到最大值43.33%。Since the standard of pollutants emission becomes more and more rigid,developing multi-pollutant control technologies is an inevitable trend.Simultaneous removal of NO and Hg in a liquid-absorber is studied in this paper on a lab-scale apparatus,and H2SO4-KMnO4 is used as absorbing reagent.The result shows that the NO and Hg removal efficiency is affected by factors like H2SO4,KMnO4 concentration,as well as SO2 and NO content at the inlet of the reactor.While improving H2SO4 concentration and SO2 content can promote removal efficiency,the highest removal efficiency of Hg has reached up to 98.95%,and this value for NO removal efficiency is 43.33%.
