美国公立高校学费定价与收取制度研究

摘　　要：美国公立高校经过长期的发展,已经形成了比较成熟的学费定价与学费收取制度。在学费定价制度方面,有明确的定价基础、定价原则和定价机构,并且学费定价时所考虑的因素也比较全面。在学费收取制度方面,在实行按学分收费为主导的同时,还实行差别收费和其他灵活多样的学费收取制度。Having gone through long-term development, America Public Colleges and Universities have already formed the quite mature tuition pricing and collecting system. As for the tuition pricing system, there are clear pricing foundation, pricing principles and pricing institutions, and the considered factors for tuition pricing are also very thorough. As for the tuition collecting system, it is dominated by the charge based on credits. But at the same time, there are other different charge system and other flexible tuition collection system.
