后危机时代提升我国装备制造业技术创新能力研究

摘　　要："十二五"规划建议中指出了要坚持走中国特色新型工业化道路,此次金融危机加快了世界产业格局的调整,对于我国装备制造业企业而言,抓住机遇,提升企业的技术创新能力,保持长期的竞争优势,显得尤为重要。虽然改革开放以来,我国装备制造业得到长足发展,在一些领域已达到世界领先水平,但也存在着产品技术含量低、自主创新能力差等方面的不足。这就需要提高我国装备制造企业技术创新能力,增强产业核心竞争力,推进产业升级,促进装备制造业持续稳定增长。＂Twelve Five - Year＂ plan proposed the need to adhere to the new path of industrialization with Chinese characteristics. The financial crisis has accelerated the adjustment of industrial structure in the world. For the equipment manufacturing enterprises in China, it is particularly important to seize opportunities, enhance corporate technological innovation ability and maintain long- term competitive advantage. Since reform and opening, China~ equipment manufacturing indus- try has made rapid progress and reached world leading level in some areas, but there are also low technological content of products and poor capacity of independent innovation gaps. So equipment manufacturing enterprises should improve the technological innovation capability, enhance the industry＇s core competitiveness, promote industrial upgrading, and promote the sustainable development of equipment manufacturing industry.
