摘　　要：基于超效率DEA,分析2006年全国各省财政科技支出的效率,解决传统DEA不能进一步有效区分决策单元的效率问题,实现对各省财政科技支出效率的有效评价和排序。实证分析结果可以指出不同省份财政科技投入效率非DEA有效的原因,为各省提高财政投入效率提供参考。The data envelopment analysis （DEA） model cannot make further comparison in evaluating the relative efficiency of decision - making units. So, this paper based on super efficiency DEA, analyzed the efficiency of finance expenditure in science and technology of the fiscal year of 2006. Furthermore, it realized the sort of the efficiency of finance expenditure in science and technology. The empirical results indicate the root of non - DEA efficiency for different provinces so as to improve the efficiency of finance expenditure in science and technology.
