摘　　要：从人才评价主体的责任心缺失和大学人才评价的行政化、简单化,以及评价体系的"重"科学理论"轻"工程技术等三个角度分析我国科技人才评价的问题,并探讨其形成原因。针对我国科技人才评价的现状和发展趋势提出若干建议。This paper analyses three problems of the evaluation of Chinese science and technology talents. The first problem is the evaluation subjectg shortage of responsibility. The second problem is the administrative tendency and simplification of the evaluation of talents in the university. The third problem is that science and theory is attached more importance to, but engineering and technology is looked down on. This paper proposes some advices according to present situation and development trend of Chinese science and technology talents.
