摘　　要：分析提高公民科技文化素质是构建和谐社会的重要基础、物质保障和精神源泉,并从政府支持、科学普及和全民参与三个层面提出提高公民科技文化素质的途径。This paper analyzes the significance of promoting public science and technology culture literacy, and it is the important foundation, material guarantee and spirit source of constructing harmonious society. The corresponding ways are given from the three aspects of the government＇s support measures, popularization of science and citizen participation.
