海南稻菜用地的现状、存在问题与改革对策

摘　　要：通过调研海南稻菜用地现状和存在的问题,分析海南发展超级稻再生稻的优势,提出进行水稻新品种选育和推广超级稻—再生稻—冬种瓜菜种植模式是解决当前海南稻菜用地矛盾,促进冬季瓜菜增效、粮食增产的有效对策,并介绍了海南种植超级稻及其再生稻的关键栽培技术。Based on the investigation of rice and vegetable land utilization conditions and existing problems,the advantages of developing ratoon crop of super rice in Hainan were analyzed.It was proposed that selecting new rice varieties and extending the planting pattern of super rice—ratoon rice—winter melons or vegetables should be very effective countermeasures to resolve the land utilization contradictions of rice with vegetables for elevating winter melon and vegetable efficiency and increasing food production.Finally,this article introduced the key cultivation techniques for super rice and its ratoon crop in Hainan.
