摘 要:针对目前对低渗透油藏非线性渗流规律研究仍不深入的问题,根据毛细管模型及边界层理论,从力学角度推导出了一个非线性渗流新模型,找到了导致非线性渗流出现的力学原因;16块岩心室内渗流实验结果验证了非线性渗流的客观存在及非线性渗流新模型的准确性和合理性;利用研制的非线性渗流数值模拟软件进行数值模拟计算,其结果表明,即使拟启动压力梯度段相同,非线性弯曲段不同,这将会导致生产指标的明显不同。同时,也从数值模拟研究的角度出发,指出了考虑非线性渗流的必要性。Aiming at the problem that the nonlinear flow law is not deeply studied in low permeability reservoir,a new nonlinear flow model is derived based on mechanical theory according to the capillary model and boundary layer theory,which seeks out the mechanical reasons causing the present of nonlinear flow.The objective existence of nonlinear flow is verified in terms of the laboratory test result of 16 cores,and at the same time the accuracy and reasonableness of the new model are also verified.The nonlinear flow simulation software was also developed.The result of numerical simulation shows that even if the threshlod pressure gradient sections with different nonlinear sections are completely same,the predicated production quotas are perfectly different,which indicates the essentiality of considering nonlinear flow from numerical simulation study.
