摘  要:为了研究水泥混凝土路面冰冻损伤机理,对混凝土材料的微观结构进行了研究,并对水泥混凝土路面温度场进行了有限元分析。基于应力场、多孔体系渗流场和温度场的多物理场耦合理论,利用Comsol软件,对水泥混凝土路面内部结冰的现象进行了数值模拟。根据不同的降温速率、孔隙率、渗透系数和孔隙累积分布函数,设计了4组模型,每组4个模型进行对比。计算了结冰对路面造成的应力和应变,得到了参考点的应力和应变随温度变化的曲线图。结果表明,降温速率越快、孔隙率越大、渗透系数越小;相同孔隙率情况下,小孔隙占的比例越多,冰冻对路面的损伤就越大。For study of the damage mechanism of freezing in the cement concrete pavement,first,the micro-structure of concrete was studied,and the temperature field of cement concrete pavement was analyzed by finite element method.Then,the process of ice forming in the inner pavement was simulated by using software Comsol based on the multi-physical field coupling theory which related to stress field,pore media percolation field and temperature field.Four suites models(each suite contained 4 models) with different cooling rates,porosities,permeability coefficients and pores accumulation distribution functions were designed for comparative analysis.The stress and strain due to icing were calculated,and the curves of stress and strain at some reference points varying with temperature were got.The results show that(1) the quicker the cooling rate,the greater the porosity,and the less the permeability coefficient;(2) with the same porosity,the more small pores,the more serious icing damage to cement concrete pavement.
