摘 要:桥梁构件表面破损三维参数的测量及描述是桥梁检测过程中经常要遇到的技术难题,通过常规检测方法难以实现。但在结构激光辅助下,可以将三维测量转换为二维断面内的测量。在分析其他行业三维测量技术应用的基础上,提出了基于线激光的桥梁表面破损三维参数测量方法。同时,采用数字成像及模式识别技术测量线变形参数,并对反演桥梁构件表面破损三维参数的过程进行了剖析,给出了计算公式的推导过程。通过试验,验证了此方法的可行性。The measurement and description of 3D parameters of bridge component surface defects are usual technical problems in bridge detection field,which are difficult to solve by conventional detection methods.But with the assistance of line-shaped lasers,3D structure measurement can be converted to 2D issue.On the basis of analyzing the applications of 3D measurement techniques in other industries,a 3D detection method for bridge surface defects based on line-shaped lasers was proposed.Meanwhile,the parameters of line deformation were identified by using digital imaging and pattern recognition techniques,the process of back-calculating the 3D parameters of bridge surface defects was analysed,and the computational formula was also deduced.By experiments,the feasibility of the method was verified.
