摘　　要：目的:探讨中、重度缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿CT分度对评价远期预后的价值。方法:回顾性分析53例HIE患儿CT分度与预后随访结果及预后临床表现的关系。结果:中度HIE患儿远期预后存在不同程度的脑功能缺陷;而重度HIE患儿远期预后存在严重病残。结论:CT对中、重度HIE患儿远期预后判断有重要价值。Objective： To discuss the CT degree value of long-time prognosis in moderate and severe hypoxic ischemic en- cephalopathy （HIE）. Methods： The relationship of CT degree, CT results and clinical manifestations in 53 HIE patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results： There was different degree of brain function defects in those moderate HIE, and se- vere disablement in those severe HIE during long-time prognosis period. Conclusion： CT is an important value of assess- ing the long-time prognosis effect for moderate and severe HIE children.
