摘　　要：从公共卫生网络舆情监测的需求分析入手,设计中国疾病预防控制中心公共卫生网络舆情监测系统总体架构、功能结构、业务流程,并介绍互联网信息采集、数据预处理、舆情分析、个人工作平台、系统安全管理等功能。From the demand analysis of public opinion monitoring on public health,the paper designs general framework,function structure,business process of network public opinion monitoring system on public health in Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, introduces the function of network information collection,data pretreatment,public opinion analysis,personalized working platform and system security management,etc.
