阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症患者血清瘦素水平的研究

摘　　要：目的研究瘦素(Leptin)在健康人、单纯性肥胖和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(OSAHS)患者血清中平均水平,探讨血清瘦素检测在OSAHS中的临床意义。方法用ELISA法检测30例OSAHS患者、10例单纯性肥胖患者及10名健康对照者的血清瘦素水平,并测定全部受试者身高、体重,计算体重指数(BMI)。结果其血清瘦素水平非肥胖OSAHS患者组(184.1200±81.90162)ng/ml、肥胖OSAHS患者组(197.1006±107.61821)ng/ml比单纯肥胖组(61.0270±22.29194)ng/ml和健康人组(59.4610±14.87509)ng/ml均高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单纯肥胖组比健康人组略高,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);肥胖OSAHS患者组比非肥胖OSAHS患者组略高,亦也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瘦素在健康人和单纯肥胖者与OSAHS患者相比血清中的水平有显著性差异,瘦素与OSAHS有关。Objective To study and compare the levels of serum leptin in healthy volunteers, pati-ents with obesity and OSAHS. Methods A ELISA was used to test leptin in human serum. Results Serum leptin level in patients with OSAHS（no matter obesity） was higher than obesity and healthy volunteers（P〈0.05）. The levels of leptin in patients with obesity was slightly high than healthy volunteers（P〉O.05）, and OSAHS with obesity was slightly high than OSAHS without obesity（P〉0.05）. Conclusion There was a statistical difference of leptin levels in healthy volunteers and patients with obesity and OSAHS. Leptin level was a correlation with OSAHS.
