摘　　要：目的前瞻性地研究玻璃酸钠治疗跟腱炎的疗效和作用机理。方法将93例跟腱炎按病程分为急性、亚急性、慢性Ⅰ-Ⅲ期。Ⅰ期:以非类固醇药物治疗。Ⅱ-Ⅲ期:均采用玻璃酸钠2ml行跟腱周围注射,每周1次,7次为1个疗程。结果平均随访13个月,有效率分别为88.24%、91.89和87.18%。结论玻璃酸钠对Ⅱ-Ⅲ期跟腱炎疗效肯定,作用持久,是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To study the effect and mechanism of sodium hyaluronate in treating Achilles tendonitis.Methods 93 cases of achilles tendonitis were divided into 3 groups： acute,sub-acute and chronic phases.The first group was given non-steroid drugs,the latter 2 groups were given 2ml sodium hyaluronate injected into peri-achilles tendon,1 per week,7 times as a course of treatment.Results The average follow-up period was 13 months.The effective rate were 88.24%,91.89 and 87.18%.Conclusions Sodium hyaluronate has a durable affirmative curative effect in treating achilles tendonitis,which may be a safe and effective method.
