摘  要:根据静电涂油机涂油刀梁的结构特点和实际工作条件,对其在空气介质中的放电过程做了详细分析,并得出刀梁电极非自持放电阶段和流注发展阶段的电场分布情况。结合分析结果,利用ANSOFT有限元软件对整个涂油室电场进行模拟仿真,得到了空气介质对刀梁尖端放电的影响。最后从降低能耗,减少成本出发,根据有限元仿真结论,提出对刀梁电极结构优化的方法,使优化后的结构能够明显降低涂油机工作时电极所加电压。The discharge process of oil beam in the air medium was analyzed in detail, and the electric field distri- bution of the beam electrode in non-sustained discharge phase and streamer development stage was derived, according to its structural characteristics and actual work condition. Then, combined with the results of the analysis, the whole electric field of oil room was simulated by finite element software ANSOFr, and the effect of air medium on point discharge was obtained. Finally, a method for obtaining the optimization structure of the beam electrode was proposed by considering energy consumption reduction, cost saving and finite element simulation conclusions, so that the optimized structure can obviously reduce the voltage that the electrode added when the oiler works. The result can be applied to the improvement of the oiler.
