摘 要:板带连轧过程中,有横向非对称诱因扰动时,板带的运动参数会相对轧制中心线失去对称性,产生跑偏,轧制过程失稳。根据JP1235铝合金热连轧的实际生产工艺参数和设备参数,设计了合理的基于大型工程分析软件MSC.Marc的有限元热力耦合分析模型,模拟了在非对称参数诱因输入下的三维横向非对称轧制状态及板带的跑偏过程,研究跑偏过程中轧制系统力能参数的相关性,得到板带在来料厚度、调整辊缝横向非对称性诱因扰动下的跑偏模型。In continuous strip rolling process, the kinetic parameters of the strip will lose symmetry by the mill center-line when there exist asymmetrial variations in horizontal scale, so the camber phenominon takes place, and the rolling process loses stability. In this paper, according to the practical technical parameters and device parame- ters in aluminium alloy JP1235 hot continuous rolling process, we designed a reasonable thermal-mechanical cou- pled FEM model using the large engineering analysis software MSC. Marc. The model simulates 3D asymmetric roll- ing situation and the strip's camber generation process under the variations of asymmetric parameters. We also stud- ied the relationship between mechanical parameters in roll bite region under an unstable state, and obtained the camber model when there is wedge variations along the strip width in the entry side. The result is helpful for the camber control stragety.
