摘　　要：通过对中铝洛铜熔铸厂16 t黄铜炉组除尘系统出现的问题采取相应对策进行改造,探讨了通过屋顶罩排烟系统来解决黄铜炉组炉盖开启操作时产生大量烟尘的方法,具有实用性,同时针对黄铜炉熔炼产生烟尘的特点,提出了适合氧化锌回收的除尘改造方案。This paper discusses the renovation based on the problem existed in the dust removal system of 16T brass furanee unit in cast plant of Chinaleo Luoyang Copper Group and describes some methods to better handle the exhnmted fume by adding a secondary fume hood type dedusting system while the brass furnace door is open, which is applicable; at the same time,the features of brass fiamace fume are analzyed and an appropriate dust removal renovation to recycle the zincite is raised.
