河南省新密煤田东部二_1煤层煤质探析

摘　　要：新密煤田东部主要煤层为二叠系下统山西组二1煤,二1煤层挥发分含量在8.31～20.94%,属无烟煤-贫煤;灰分一般含量在13.29～34.20%,一般属低～中灰煤,局部为高灰煤;全硫含量为0.25～0.50%,属特低硫煤;磷含量为0.016～0.059%,属低磷～中磷煤;干燥基高位发热量(Qgr,d)22.43～34.90MJ/kg,收到基低位发热量(Qnet,a)r为19.07～30.49MJ/kg,属特高热值煤;可选性中部为易选～中等难选,北部及西部为中等～极难选;二1煤多呈粉末状、少量颗粒状、鳞片状,热稳定性差,可做动力用煤和民用燃料,为新密煤田东部二1煤的开发利用提出了方向。Main coal seam of eastern Xinmi coalfield is lower permian series Shanxi group No.Ⅱ1 coal.It’s violate volatile content is in 8.31 ～ 20.94%,belongs to anthracite-lean coal.General ash content is in 13.29 ～ 34.20%,generally belongs to low ～ mid grey coal,part of it is high grey coal;total sulfur content is 0.25 ～ 0.50%,belongs to specially low sulfur content coal;Phosphorus is 0.016 ～ 0.059%,belongs to low phosphorus to mid phosphorus coal;dry base gross calorific value（Qgr,d） is 22.43 ～ 34.90 MJ/kg,arb low heat（Qnet,ar） for 19.07 ～ 30.49 MJ/kg,belong to specially high calorific value of coal;washability in the middle is easy to choose ～ medium hard-to-beneficiate,north and west for medium ～ extremely difficult to choose;No.Ⅱ1 coal usually powdered,a little granular,flake,heat stability is poor,can be use to be motivation coal or domestic fuel.The article puts forward future direction for the exploitation and utilization of Xinmi coalfield eastern No.Ⅱ1 coal.
