摘　　要：当前,发达国家出现了一种"社会倾销论",并由此作为反倾销的理由。我们应从反社会倾销的实质进行分析,对我国出口贸易的影响科学评估,寻找出解决问题的途径,并从转变经济发展方式,加强职业安全管理、逆向采购角度,提出我国应对反社会倾销的总体性策略。At present, developed countries take ＂social dumping＂ theory as the reason of anti-dumping. We should analyze the essence of anti-social dumping, scientifically evaluate its effect on China＇s export trade, and find the solution to the problem. The overall strategy of China＇s response to anti- social dumping is put forward from the point of view of transforming the mode of economic development, strengthening occupational safety management and reverse purchasing.
