Patterns on Intra-disciplinary and Interdisciplinary Communication of Knowledge in Chinese Management Science

摘　　要：以引文网络作为反映学科知识交流的表征,利用期刊引文网络数据,采用聚类方法对管理科学期刊所属学科领域进行了分类。研究了管理科学4个学科领域内的知识交流模式,结果表明系统决策期刊类团的知识是管理科学领域其他期刊吸收知识的来源。管理科学与社会科学等10个学科领域知识交流模式进一步分析,结果表明引证网络图中处于最重要位置的是经济学,管理科学领域在引证网络图中处于第二中心的位置。Citation networks are used as reflection the communication of discipline knowledge.Based on the frequency of 15 management science journals citation from 2002 to 2006,different disciplines are divided by the cluster method.Four disciplines of management science citation patterns are examined,it shows that the decision-making system Journals is knowledge sources that other management field of science journals absorb.Interdisciplinary communication between management science and 10 social science fields are also examined,results shows the central position of economics is apparent and management science emerges as a second central knowledge source in this citation network.
