摘 要:模拟传统煎药方式,制备中药水煎液,建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定5种药材及其水煎液中6种重金属元素Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、As、Hg含量的方法,研究并优化了微波消解条件及(ICP-MS)的各项技术参数。被测元素检出限为0.0001~0.003μg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.8~3.6%(n=7),药材加标回收率为93.6%~98.1%,药材水煎液加标回收率为92.8%~102.6%。中药煎煮后药材重金属溶出率不大于21.9%,表明中药煎煮过程重金属元素不易溶出。Traditional Chinese medicines water decotion was prepared by simulating traditional decoting method and a method was established for the determination of six kinds of heavy metal elements such as Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu, As, Hg in five traditional Chinese medicines and their respective decoctions by microwave digestion - ICP - MS. The microwave digestion conditions and the parameters of ICP -MS were optimized. Detection limits of elements were 0. 0001 -0. 003μg/L, and the relative standard deviations were 1.9% - 3.9% ( n = 7). The recoveries were 93.6% - 98.1% for Chinese traditional medicines, and 92.8% - 102.6% for decoctions. The extractive rates were not more than 21.9% after the traditional Chinese medicines being deeoeted, which showed the heavy metal elements were difficult to decoct.
