摘 要:建立了电感耦合等离子体光谱测定镍基高温合金中硅、锰、磷元素的方法,优化了试样前处理方法,对前处理所用酸的酸度进行不同比例试验,确定了仪器测量条件及分析谱线。在一定浓度范围内,各元素的浓度与谱线强度呈线性关系,相关系数大于0.999 9。加标回收率为93.3%~106.7%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3.0%(n=10)。该方法具有良好的精密度和准确度,能够满足日常分析中对镍基高温合金中硅、锰、磷含量测定的需要。A method was established for the determination of silicon, manganese and phosphorus in nickel - base superalloy by ICP - AES . The sample pre-treatment method, the acidity, apparatus working parameters and the analysis lines were optimized and selected. The concentration of detection element was linear with analysis line intensity with correlation coefficient more than 0. 999 9. The recovery was 93.3% - 106.7%, and relative standard deviation was less than 3% ( n = 10). The method can be applied to the de- termination of Si, Mn, P in nickel - base superalloy with fine accuracy and precision.
