抑制型电导检测法测定饮用水中的碘离子

摘　　要：采用ASRS-ULTRAⅡ4 mm阴离子抑制器,将待测水样在IonPac AS 16型阴离子柱上,以55 mmol/LKOH淋洗液等度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,用ICS-3000型离子色谱仪通过电导检测水样中痕量碘离子含量。碘离子分离效果较好,其浓度在0～40μg/L范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性,相关系数r=0.999 4,检出限为5μg/L,加标回收率为90%～102%,测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于0.22%(n=7)。Trace iodide in water was detected by ISC -3000 ion chromatography with conductivity detector. The water sample was separated on the Ionpac AS16 column by using 55 mmol/L KOH eluent at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min with ASRS - ULTRA 114 mm suppressor. The iodide concentration was linear with chromatographic peak area in the range of 0 - 40 μg/L, r = 0.999 4, and the de- tection limit was 5 μg/L. The the recoveries ranged from 90% to 102%. The relative standard deviation of peak area detection results was not more than 0.22% （n = 7）.
